Chen Cheng shrugged, "Do I look like her to you?"

"Uh..." Jiang Nansun couldn't help it; this scoundrel had so many girlfriends she couldn't even count them, so how could he possibly be repressed?

Chen Cheng chuckled and didn't continue teasing her, "Look in the mirror yourself. Your face is so tender, there isn't even a single fine line on it."

"How can you talk about getting old?"

Jiang Nansun opened her makeup mirror and looked again and again. She really didn't find a single fine line; even the skin at the corners of her eyes was smooth and delicate.

Suddenly remembering something, her eyes darted around, and she looked at Chen Cheng, "About that..."

"About what?" Chen Cheng was driving and seemed a bit confused.

Jiang Nansun pursed her lips, a flush creeping up her cheeks, "That... what Sister Na said, could it be true?"

"What did Li Na say?"

"Oh," Jiang Nansun said with a flash of embarrassment and annoyance, "I mean, does using that dirty stuff of yours as a facial mask really relieve skin aging?"

Chen Cheng immediately understood what she was talking about, a cheeky grin tugging at the corners of his mouth, "Next time, why don't you try it and find out?"

Jiang Nansun's fair face turned even redder. She thought for a moment, then haughtily lifted her chin, "I don't want to. I'm naturally beautiful."

Chen Cheng chuckled, "Fine~ if you don't need it, then you don't."

"We can talk about it when you do."

Ripples suddenly stirred in Jiang Nansun's heart. Sister Na's skin hadn't just become more delicate; her figure had also...

Jiang Nansun glanced at her own modestly sized...

She glanced at Chen Cheng. Actually, after being with him, it had already grown a bit.

But compared to Sister Na, Xiao Ye, and Jianguo, it was still far off.

Although this bad guy didn't say it out loud, it was obvious he liked it a lot.

Thinking about it, Jiang Nansun made a secret resolution.

Before long, the two arrived at a mall called Junyuehui.

According to Jiang Nansun, this project was developed by Jingyan Group.

It was currently being operated by Company Name's property management.

Chen Cheng didn't pay much attention; big developers like Company Name basically had their own malls everywhere.

After parking in the basement, Jiang Nansun thought for a moment, "Let's go get our hair cut first."

Chen Cheng smiled, "I'll listen to you."

Jiang Nansun happily hooked her arm through Chen Cheng's and walked toward the elevator.

As she walked, she sent a green bubble message to ask Zhu Suosuo if she had any recommendations for a stylist at this mall.

Soon, they went up to the second floor of the mall. After winding through a few turns, they entered a hair salon.

Chen Cheng didn't have any particular preference. Jiang Nansun spent a long time picking from the stylist's hairstyle book, and Chen Cheng just let her be.

Fortunately, she didn't choose any strange style; she went with a side-parted slick back.

Jiang Nansun also sat to the side and had the stylist trim her hair a little. It really was just a little.

Chen Cheng said it looked good, but since he had to go to work, Jiang Nansun wanted to cut more.

In the end, it was just a small trim, less than a fist's length.

After fussing for over an hour and spending a thousand bucks, the two finally came out of the "director's" "studio."

Chen Cheng stuffed a card into Jiang Nansun's hand, "Let's go, Young Master Chen is paying today."

Jiang Nansun happily waved her fist, full of spirit, "Then I'm going to max it out."

The two started strolling along the second floor of the mall and walked all the way down to the first floor.

They didn't miss anything, from sports brands and luxury goods to designer watch counters.

The main strategy was to buy whatever caught their eye.

As they shopped, they couldn't even carry all the shopping bags in their hands.

Finally, they dumped them with the Louis Vuitton sales associate and had them delivered home.

After shopping until they were thirsty, the two entered a Company Name store.

Jiang Nansun suddenly remembered something and asked in a low voice, "I heard you're acquiring Company Name?"

After asking, she looked around nervously, afraid of being overheard.

Chen Cheng nodded, "Yeah, the audit team has already entered Company Name to check the books, and it will soon enter the closing stage."

"Why are you buying it? It wouldn't really be like what some bloggers analyzed—that you're unwilling to admit an investment failure, so you're wading into this muddy water, would it?"

Chen Cheng burst out laughing. Jiang Nansun immediately frowned, feeling a bit embarrassed, and pouted, "What are you laughing at?"

Chen Cheng restrained his laughter and whispered in her ear, "That blogger is probably being paid to do their job."

Jiang Nansun's eyes darted quickly. She pondered for two seconds, "Did you do it?"

Chen Cheng nodded, "It was probably arranged by Karen's people."

He smiled, "I don't need to get involved in this kind of thing."

Jiang Nansun was stunned, "Alright then~"

Chen Cheng smiled and asked, "So, do you think the coffee at Company Name is good?"

Jiang Nansun shook her head, "It's not good. My classmate said it tastes a bit like dishwater."

Chen Cheng's mouth twitched, "Then why did you drag me in here?"

"Well, you're about to buy it, can't I show some support?"

Chen Cheng chuckled, "Sure, of course you can."

"By the way, why are you buying it? Isn't your finance business doing just fine?"

Chen Cheng tapped her forehead, "In a financial system, what's the most important thing?"

Jiang Nansun thought about what he had taught in class and tentatively answered, "Cash flow?"

"Bingo~"

"The financials of Company Name might be inflated, but the 4,500 stores are real."

"As long as every store is profitable, the cash flow on the books will be massive."

"..."

The two chatted for a while, and the coffee they ordered was ready.

Chen Cheng took a sip of the coffee and chuckled, "You know, it actually does taste a bit like dishwater."

"Hahaha~" Jiang Nansun couldn't hold it in and burst out laughing, "Is there anyone who talks about their own business like that?"

With coffee in one hand and her other arm linked with Chen Cheng's, Jiang Nansun walked out of the Company Name store.

As they walked, she pulled Chen Cheng into a store.

"Welcome to Misia!"

As soon as they entered, the store sales associate shouted the greeting.

"Sir, Madam, is there anything you need?"

"We have some new seasonal clothes and shoes that just arrived."

Chen Cheng was stunned. He ignored the sales associate and turned to look at Jiang Nansun, "What's this store called?"

"Misia," Jiang Nansun said, lifting her chin, "Haven't you heard of it?"

The corners of Chen Cheng's mouth curved slightly, and he shook his head again, "No."

Jiang Nansun didn't suspect anything, "Oh, you don't go shopping, so it's normal that you haven't heard of it."

"It's a British brand, but the headquarters is in Hong Kong. They have quite high recognition, sell things very expensively, and position themselves as mid-to-high-end luxury."

Chen Cheng was still looking for a familiar figure when Jiang Nansun suddenly widened her eyes and tugged on his arm.

"Look, does that look like Sister Zhenzhen?"

Chen Cheng followed the direction she pointed and immediately saw Wang Manni, wearing a black sales uniform and a face mask.

Combined with this store and this figure, Chen Cheng couldn't think of any other explanation besides Wang Manni.

Before Chen Cheng could speak, Jiang Nansun was already impatient. She pointed to Wang Manni, who was organizing merchandise inside, and said to the sales associate in front of them:

"I want that young lady to serve us."

Wearing a mask, Chen Cheng also didn't recognize that the person standing in front of them was Linda, who didn't get along well with Wang Manni.

Linda looked in the direction Jiang Nansun was pointing. When she saw who it was, she immediately rolled her eyes.

She then looked at the shabbily dressed Chen Cheng and Jiang Nansun. Chen Cheng was wearing a black t-shirt and shorts, and Jiang Nansun was in a pure white dress; they looked just like students with no money.

Linda muttered to herself about Wang Manni, "Really, it used to be men, women, old people, children; now she even has shabby student customers." She speechlessy shouted to Wang Manni:

"Manni, your customer."
